These colorful and scrumptious cookies are also called Italian layer cookies. Made with almond flour for Passover, they feature multi-colored layers of moist almond cake layered with raspberry jam and coated in decadent dark chocolate. Each box contains 12 cookies, also available in gift tins. 

While flourless and Kosher, this product is not Kosher for Passover.
