Hot Cross Buns

As Easter Sunday approaches, enjoy Hot Cross Buns, a traditional food to celebrate the holiday. Customarily consumed on Good Friday, our yeasted sweet buns are spiced generously with cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice and filled with raisins and candied citrus. They are then topped off with a sugar-icing cross.
