Join William Greenberg Desserts owner and cookbook author Carol Becker on November 15 for an afternoon of baking, stories, and sweet traditions.
We're delighted to share that Carol Becker will be a featured author at the 22nd annual Northwest Ohio Jewish Book Festival, presented by the Jewish Federation of Greater Toledo.
On Sunday, November 15, Carol will discuss her cookbook, William Greenberg Desserts Bakes Vegan: Plant-Based Recipes from an Iconic New York Bakery, and the inspiration behind bringing some of the bakery's most beloved treats to a new generation of home bakers.
Guests will have the opportunity to hear Carol share stories about the bakery's history, its Jewish baking traditions, and the development of her plant-based recipes. The afternoon will also include a sampling of desserts from the cookbook.
