Where are the bakeries located?
Wiliam Greenberg Desserts has two locations. Our original location is on
Manhattan’s Upper East Side at 1100 Madison Avenue. We have a new location on the Upper West Side at 285 Amsterdam Avenue.

William Greenberg Desserts is open:
Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 6:30 pm
Saturday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Sunday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Is William Greenberg kosher?
Willam Greenberg is a fully kosher-certified bakery.
Are your Passover Desserts Kosher for Passover?
No, our Passover desserts are Kosher but not Kosher for Passover.
Which cakes can be decorated?
Most cakes can be decorated to say whatever you’d like! For custom cake decoration, please send us an email at info@wmgreenbergdesserts.com or call us at 212-861-1340 to place an order.
Can I request a customized cake?
Yes, we are able to make custom cakes with the cake, frosting and
toppings of your choice. To inquire about a custom cake, please email info@wmgreenbergdesserts.com or call 212-861-1340.
Does William Greenberg have any gluten-free items?
Yes! We make delicious gluten free black and white cookies, brownies,
chocolate chip cookies, linzer tarts and sprinkle cookies. For a full

What does an out of season mean?
This bread or pastry is on vacation. It is taking some time off until the holiday arrives or
the ingredients are back in season. If this is your favorite and you'd like to know when it will be back, please email us info@wmgreenbergdesserts.com.

Nationwide Shipping / Online Store
When can I place an online order?
We accept orders at anytime. We ship Monday through Friday via Fedex 2nd day air or Standard Overnight. No shipping on the weekends. Please note that orders that ship Thursday will arrive on Monday.
Which items do you ship?
We ship many items but not all. You can order our shippable items here. If you see an item but you can't check out with shipping, it means it is only available for local pick-up or delivery through Grub Hub.
Can I make changes or modifications to the products in the gift tins?

What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates are calculated based on your distance from New York City and depend on the size of your order.
Orders are sent Fed Ex 2-day or Standard Overnight depending on which service is choosen at checkout. We ship only Monday through Friday not on weekends. Orders placed on Thursday will not arrive until Monday.
Do you do same-day shipping?
We do not offer same-day shipping for online orders, however for New York locals we offer same day delivery via GrubHub.
How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please send an email to info@wmgreenbergdesserts.com Make sure to include your order number.
What if I am not satisfied with my order?
We’re sorry that you weren’t satisfied with your order. Please write to us at info@wmgreenbergdesserts.com and we’ll be happy to see what we can do.
