Flaky pastry surrounding rich cheese, sour cherries, or apple filling. Slice and serve warm, with ice cream or, for a change, a breakfst treat. A sprinkle of powdered sugar adds an elegant touch. Our apple strudel is particularly delicious served on a raspberry coulis. Greenberg's strudel is prepared fresh daily, frozen, and packed in a master case of 12 for shipment. For our local customers, the strudel is also available already baked. Each strudel is individually wrapped and may be kept frozen until ready for bake-off. Sold as individual logs or frozen by the case. |
